About Project
Although Aung Zu Bu School had several classroom buildings, the boys’ dormitory was found to be covered with a temporary metal roof and walls, with rainwater leaking through. As a result, a two-story boys’ dormitory and a two-story school building on the site where temporary classrooms were being conducted were donated, making a total of two buildings.
After the completion of those school buildings, a visit to the school revealed female boarding students. These girls were from nearby villages, determined to pursue their education to the fullest.
Therefore, to accommodate more girls determined to complete their education, an additional female dormitory was donated.
This female dormitory is unique compared to other dormitories, featuring private enclosed rooms and study corridors. Additionally, computers were donated to provide the students with access to technology.
