“Pann Thee” Application
The “Pann Thee” application was a swift initiative launched by the foundation during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure uninterrupted education for students.
The pandemic brought unprecedented challenges and transformations to the global education system. In developing countries like Myanmar, students, especially those relying solely on monastic education, were disproportionately affected.
To bridge the gap created by school closures, the PannThee application was developed. It features over 4,000 video lessons covering all levels of education – primary, middle, and high school. Pan Thee serves as a platform for accessible and free basic education beyond the pandemic. For students, online learning offers new experiences, fosters engagement, and enhances self-management and critical thinking skills. It also serves as a lifeline for children who face socioeconomic challenges and cannot attend traditional classrooms, providing them with on-demand access to basic education.
PanThee offers comprehensive lessons for all levels of Myanmar’s education system – primary, middle, and high school. These lessons are readily available for free to everyone.
